I can help.

My desire to create this platform stemmed from my personal running needs.  I needed to keep up with my marathon and ultramarathon training while working a mobile job.  I needed to figure out how to get my long runs in after being in a car for twelve hours the day before.  I needed to create motivation for myself after finally being home from a long road trip.  I needed to develop the fire from within and create customized plans for myself, because nobody else was going to do it for me.  


Let me speed up  the process for you and take the guesswork out of your training.



The Process:

Visit my online store and select a trining program that fits your needs.  If you choose a custom plan, you'll get an email immediately with a questionnaire.  Fill that out and tell me about your wants and needs for a training program.  The more details, the better!  


I'll take that information and create a training program for you within 48 hours.
